Ralt RT2 Hart 420

Again, the Tamiya RC model Ralt RT2 Hart 420 is a replica of a real racer, this time a F-2 racer from 1979.

There were built three cars for the Toleman team. The number 14 was driven by Brian Henton. Later three more cars were built for private owners including one exclusively for the revival of the Can Am series.

Two of the original Toleman RT2 team cars ended up in the Can-Am series. The third one ended up in South Africa where copies called Lants were made. Related cars have appeared in hillclimb and sprint events in the UK as Romans and SPAs.
