These are pictures of the very first Tamiya RC box, the Porsche Turbo RSR 934.

• This is the Japanese version box.
• The classic front layout was established already from the first kit.
• The art and technique was excellent. Note small things like the grooves on the tires.
• The very first "see through" view, that Tamiya held on to for so many years.
• The x-ray view, also a feature Tamiyay used on the boxes for many years forward.
• The second x-ray is not that common on later boxes.
• Tamiya even put a drawing of the gear box on the front describing it as "spring suspended rear axle"...
