I'm Richard from Arendal, Norway and has allways been intrested in rc cars as long as I can remember.
Bought my first rcca copy in 86' and wanted a rc car badly after that.
Since my famly was relative poor, I diden't get a rc car before 91' at the age of 15.
The first car was a Kyosho Pug 205 Turbo 16, very fast car, but due radio problems the car crashed into a wall at full throttle after just 2 months, and most of the chassis bits was either broken or bendt.
My first Tamiya was either a Hornet or a Lunchbox, can't remember.
Next new one was a Bullhead wich I converted to a Clod.
Stupid me traded it for some nitro junk and I have regreted that the rewst of my life.
Next up was a new Kyosho again, a 405 Pug, sold it after a short while since it would never run properly.
And after that I would never have nitro car again I promissed myself.
After I lost my dad in 04' I took up the hobby again the get my mind of things..
And my collection grows every year.
My vintage Tamiya collection by now is:
3x Lunchbox, Midnight Pumpkin, Blackfoot, Monster Beetle, Striker, Hornet, Super Sabre, Celica Gr.B, Porsche 959, M01 and some SRB bits...
Next ones I would like to get are; Bowtie Clodbuster, FAV + some not vintage..
