That white looks good
I bought in to the theory that you shouldn't use actual black paint at scale (as it can make things look very toy like) some time ago - but I've also been experimenting with off- whites too (mostly VW Alpine White, which is also a creamy white) & think they work better than pure whites for the same reason |

Had enough time yesterday evening to start painting the details on the body...
Started masking the windschield and painting the windschield frame Then time to mask for painting my home made gutters Check the result after taking the masking tape off I already started to apply the first clear coat....Once the first coat has dried up the decals will be applied and clear coated again. I'll keep you posted Thanks for looking Manotas Proud owner of the Bruiser Family

Not a Blackfoot fan, but that shell is looking fantastic! It deserves a proper chassis!

Hi Guys,
Apologise for the late update but i've been away for work the whole last week. I've been working on the Blackfoot this weekend...have a look at the progress. Once I finished painting the details, it's time to put the first coat of clear coat before appliying the decals Now the decals I just started to apply the second coat of clear coat over the deacals... In the mean time i started working on the rims, also painted in the same white as the body but with a small chromed part inside.. Masking the outter part of the rims...that took lot's of time ensuring that everything is masked Applying the chrome paint Proud owner of the Bruiser Family

While the body is drying, it's time to start rebuilding the chassis Coompletely stripped off, cleaned and dried... Assembling everything back together and replacing all the broken or missing parts including non original screws with new original ones As you can i polished the aluminium parts..they look just fantastic to me Proud owner of the Bruiser Family

During the assembly process i found some old Hop-Up parts...So i decided to fit the BF with oil shock absorbers and a breand new Black Motor
But first, let's assembly the gearbox.... Let's replace the broken spur gear with a good one Then installing ball bearings everywhere and removing the plastic bushings Proud owner of the Bruiser Family
