If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Not your usual "How much" because this one started at 99p.
Now at over £50 including postage for basically a big pile of junk!
I suppose if you totalled it all up it might be worth that much if it all worked, but could you be bothered?
Also, I have noticed this seller before on ebay (because he lives nearby) and he seems to buy cars (typically Tamiya TL01s and similar), tart them up a bit and sell them. He seems to be reasonably successful at this, normally getting good prices - and good luck to him. However, this leads me to believe that this pile of stuff is all the junk left over from his "projects", so it is probably all knackered. Add to this that he must know what he is doing, but lists this as all "untested".
I would also assume that all of the shiny new boxes are empty (certainly the ones with clear fronts are). This is not mentioned in the ad.

 Ebay plug-in not working??

It does kind of look like he tripped up while carrying a load of junk to the wheelie bins

Autsch! that not even an 99% original. (most of the titanium looks to be replaced)
The decals are nice for a runner though got the same set from down under.

I never get why people would bid that much if pictures of the bottom are missing.
To me that's an obvious giveaway it's not looking too good...
TGB shell? Not very well cut in any case. And replaced screws indeed.
Still wouldn't mind having it of course. Issa nice motor too.

This "customised" beetle is an interesting case.
Basically it's a Mardave Marauder which has had the chassis shortened to fit what looks like a Kamtec Scorcher body with Tamiya (Blitzer Beetle??) nosecone and the engine moved to above the gearbox.
It sold for £107!
There is no drive from the engine to the drive gears and it looks like no easy way to implement one. Also, how would you get a starter on it?
I've seen very tidy unmolested Marauders go for significantly less than this. In fact I myself bought 2 for £150 with a large pile of NOS spares. I think the Beetle/Sand Scorcher connection has something to do with it.
