Trade room rules

Placing a trade on TamiyaBase.com is FREE
Only RC related items are allowed for trade
Adverticing illegal items are not allowed
Only logged in members can list trades and contact advertisers.
Only one ad from the same seller for the same item is allowed
Items no longer relevant (not for sale, not wanted) must be deleted immediately
Relisting (making a new listing) is allowed after 14 days of the previous listing.
Tweaking of details and relisting to get back up on top of the list before the 14 day period is not allowed.
Trades you list must be yours only. It's not allowed to advertise for someone else.
You can have a maximum of 40 ads simultaneously.
Trades are for private persons only. Commercial business' are not allowed to list.
Trades that link to ads/auctions/listings elsewhere are not allowed.
TamiyaBase.com does not offer any guarantees for items traded on this site. Buyer and seller are sole responsible for their trades and for working out a safe way of payment.
TamiyaBase.com will not mediate between seller and buyer for any reason.

Members on TamiyaBase.com may be under-aged, meaning they may not be in a legal position to perfom trades or transactions.
Currently, a trade stays active for ever, please delete your ad as soon as it is sold/out of date.
Check the seller or buyer reputation before you trade. Check their Ebay feedback throug the Ebay ID List, check out their forum entries, etc, etc.

The pull down menu from "Trades" in the top menu controls the Trade system.
Select "NEW AD" to place your ad.
Select category for your trade.
Depending of category you will be prompted for various content. Pink cells are reqired info, grey cells are optional info.
Remember to add currency, if you set a price. If not, say "Yes" to "Offers accepted".
Images are uploaded by using the button "Browse" and selecting the image on your hard drive.
You can have mximum 10 images in your ad.

You will see a "Update" link on all your ads. Simply click the "Update" link, and edit your ad.
Your ads are also listed under your profile's "Trades" tab.

Max file size for upload images is 2MB. If the file is larger, it will not upload.
Images are resized to 800 width.(scaled up or down, depending on the image you upload) In order to reduce server strain, if you can, please reduce the images yourself before uploading.
