The Falcon chassis has the motor mounted behind the rear axle, making this a change from usual Tamiya designs. All four corners use coil over dampers. The front has a double whshbone system, while the rear is a trainling arm system. The main chassis is a typical bathtub type. The Falcon chassis has been used as a basis for many models since the relase, including models released in 2011/12.
