Long time no see

I don’t know if this has been asked before, but can anyone enlighten me as to when Tamiya started using the >ABS< Symbol on parts sprues and abs bodies

The 2006 re-re Lunchbox have ABS on them, so do there TamTech from the same year.

I have not many re-re vehicles so I can't tell if they did it earlier.
But someone will tell I'm sure

I think it was some time in the 90's. During that time plastics manufacturers were required to list the type of plastic on each mold to make it easier to identify for recycling.
