I ended the solex motor today. Delivery for tomorrow morning.

An early start this morning, Mrs Al was up early helping at another school event.
So after dropping off two of the kids at various activities I had a chance to 1. Get 4 Cheetah tyres in some glycerin.
And 2. Open up the package with a haul of heads, bodies and lights.
I picked these up so I could do some experiments with paint. If it goes wrong I won’t stress it.
I think some will definitely get used in a build. And you can never have enough spot lights.

Reinstalling a radio on my ta03 subaru wich will receive a carbon chassis when I'll receive it.

Good surprise! My trf ta03R chassis arrived today and thanks mister T no modif to do on the ta03f.

So today I’ve mostly been admiring this Porsche 934 body shell.

It’s an amazing body. The shape is just incredible.
Only one main piece of body is missing and that is one of the sills under the door.
If they turn out to be symmetrical I’ll probably try and mold one.

All the black bumper trim and the rear wing trim is present.

The easy thing to do I guess would be to buy the static kit which I think has just be re-released. And that would get me everything I need for the body that’s missing.
Although I’d then be stuck with pretty much a complete shell ??!!

Which begs the question, why not re-release the original rc kit.

Any way I’m on the hunt for a chassis in the meantime.

I’ll have a spare seal Al. Know I’ve got to check out other bits for you, I’ve been busy working on the bathroom today
