So, who can tell me what this is? One of the servos came with an SRB MSC, so I guess they're from the late 70's or the early 80's.

Looks like from a MRC radio. Their transmitter, receiver and servos were all in white plastic case in the late 70s and early 80s before they switched to black. I still have one in my storage. Could also be from a an early Futaba Attack system but the servos and receiver were different shape or from a Kraft system. Here are some pictures from the web.

Yes.... MRC, that would make sense.... These parts obviously came off a SRB, and MRC were the US Tamiya distributors at the time, weren't they?

Yes I would've thought MRC for them too :)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

I had one exactly like this in the early 80's, but it was made by Futaba.
I still have those push-pull servos :cheer:

HI!... The servo looks identical to a Novak NES-1A, but white. Novak servo's were bright orange. Looks like they used the same servo cases.

Yes, they look very much like the Novaks, only bigger. But the similarities of the cases definately indicates they come from the same source.

Those MRC servos and transmitter were big in size in the late 70s when compared to other brand.
