The car looks similar to a Sintech GT-10, but it is a truck named Protech Nitro Blast.
I found out by searching and stumbling upon this webshop: www.nortrading.no/?page=668 . You can see pictures of shock tower,shocks, tank etc. A note mentions (the buggy) Nitro Star and that you can find more parts in section Sintech\GT-10.
