Motor/IC engine hanging right out the back like that is certainly an early Kyosho trait ... that black endbell motor & the "sprung" steering rods date it to very early 80s, servo is several years later though. Full independant suspension, what look like oil shocks again don't fit with an early date. Another anachronism is the extensively worked rear shock tower vs the very basic chassis plate ...

I'm going to do a search of Kyosho's 80's chassis to see if I can find anything else
