Awk, I'm sure you're spot on mate, thanks. Had a little look around and although box art on those look chrome, the actual built examples are plain wheels.

I was after the chrome as I have a vintage Porsche Taiwan chassis but these will do or I'll sell/trade them on for chrome.

You can buy those wheels new from german seller Tamico, 50548 fronts and 50549 rears, chrome with gold spokes. Picture of 50549 seems to show silver spokes, but in the description they say the spokes are gold colored. Maybe its a black and white picture....

think the rims are Tamiya - 0445925

yes, 0445925 are the seperate rims in plain silver/grey, but purple rob wanted the chromed ones....
