A cautious approach with an automotive cutting compound followed by a polish - like Autoglym "Paint Renovator" and "Super Resin Polish", or Novus plastic "Heavy Scratch Remover" followed by their "Light Scratch Remover" :)

You may also look into speed controller (ESC) that have drag brake built into them.
Those brake for you as soon as you let go of the throttle, and in most cases are adjustable.

And maybe adjjust you finger to a more slow pace, i.e don't mash the throttle or wiggle the steering from side to side without a plan.
Pretending you are driving a real car is a good way to start.

As a polycarbonate body act as a clear coat on the outside, any automotive scratch remover should work.
For scratches you can polish you body, and most of them will go away.
