I think I need an aerial plan to get my head around the layout ... I also don't get why you would demolish a perfectly good workshop, even if you are replacing it. :confused:

Okay so I hope this helps A: New vegie garden area formed by the side and rear boundaries plus the new shop. B: New shop creating Privacy and blocking out our intrusive nasty neighbour C: Smaller deck area. D: New concrete drive area. E: Old shop which will become a large fake grass area with play equipment for Bailey and boat parking. F: Garage The new shop is a far better design with pitched roof and just the right amount of space I seriously can't wait for it to be done and crack in to some RC projects with this purpose built shop. If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate
