Any recommendations to make it not over steer as much. I don’t want to lose the steering travel as that’s already a little sparse I’m thinking suspension...? Since that’s super stiff.

You can put weight on the rear + ultra soft tires on rear train. And put harder tires + hard inserts on the front. Like they did with the ta02 rs.
