Hi all,
I am curious as to how good these improved quick release battery holders are. I have not seen many people use them, but I am interested in how good they are.

That s a good option. And avoid to loose the clips.
I have one on my m02 and it works fine.

The Highlift series of trucks uses that type of battery holder. I quite like it. Easy to use with no tools or clips.

I had one on an M-chassis, can't say it changed my life but the parts are well made :)

How easy is it to install? Considering I know most of the TL01 inside out, but I don't see how i'd install it...
It seems too large for the TL01.

It replace the 2 plastic parts. Very easy to instal.
And the other side is only a stopper screwed with 2 m3 tapping screws.

Hey,
I did not know those were still around, thanks, I will get a couple more. They work well enough and as mentioned easier than fiddling with a clip and end piece. Had one on a M-03 racer no problems. :y:
From somewhere out in the wilds of central Ontario.
.......you build what you like, I will build what I like........it's all cool......
