Decals all done

Will need a little attention with a hair dryer here and there but went quite well.
Will then give it a buff and wax ready to fit the glass and lights etc.

Few more little bits of flat black added, indicator lenses, fog light lenses and rear lenses added.


Windows next but the last bit of clearfix is drying, so final window polish and fit tomorrow. Then dash, driver, wiper, mirrors and wing!
Finishing line in sight and already wondering what ill do next 😂

The rear lights were originals, which came painted red, not cast in red.
I stripped the red from the inner and outer lenses to do the indicators and reversing lights.

I hate the white decal on the back. Its a bad fit (like all the decals were to be honest) and just looks odd, but its ment to be there so what can you do!

As kids of the 80s, I has a poster on the wall of a Countach, I belive I still have it somewhere.
Also had poster of 911 Flatnose, Testarossa and Porsche 959, F40

Countach have always been my favorite supercar and still are.
Nest on the list mat be the Vector W8.

Only rc Countach I own is 2x TamTec ones, one red, one white.
I should get the missing parts to make them complete again, before the parts gets obsolete.
(One was built up from a buggy as far I can see-longer shocks is one thing)

Been struggling a bit with the windows. No matter how much a flatted them and polished them i just couldnt get them good enough. Had spotting marks and hazing in hard to reach corners.
So, in the end, i ordered some floor polish and decided to try this trick. Ive read about it alot but was dubious.
Its nothing short of miraculous! They look almost new! Another coat or two and ill take some pics.
A few days of dipping and drying and thenni can refit the windows.

This one is the last I need to end my tamtech 1/24 serie. Could you sell one?
