Like I presented in another section, I aquired a nice 3 speed from a member. Here is how I received it
The chassis is in a good state and the body has only a crack and a big hole near the door. Wiring need to be redone.

Time to restore the big baby. After the complete dismantling, cleaning and polishing metal parts, it was time to see the internal state. And the rebuilt. the msc is dead, the radio box took a bus in the face. Servos will be replaced by sanwa ones and the msc replaced by a old futaba mc112.

This truck is originaly a bruiser but "modified" in mountaineer. It has the bruiser rims and the bruiser small aq stand. Rims are exploded but still usable. I put some bearings to. Several screws have been replaced by hexa ones.
Shocks have been refilled to.

The body is gone in thalasso into a sweet caustic soda bath. Front grill and white plastic parts have been soaked and repainted. interior received a new Grey color and head lights are surely rere ones. They have light buckets. So now the grill is lighted.
Next time the body.
Thanks

Nice job Flo :)
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Thanks Andy and Al.
I hope that the paint on the body will go so easily than the grill.

Here is the old radio I will use. A little too old (1983) but 3 ways and easier to use with the 3 speed.
