Hi Eddy, with that Celica it will be really hard to find originals. I’d do what Flo suggests and use 3D printed or RC Channel do some lovely metal replacements.
It would be better to see it back in working order.

People will still have your arm off for both of those models.

Thank you for your opinion... I will think about it.

They don't have to be sold today or tomorrow....

I'm having difficulty finding the right way for me. At the moment I'm still struggling with the joy of having found the models, but also with the disappointment of the damage...

A friend of mine used rc channel alloy parts on one of his multiple 959. Really nice. And mciracing has a 3d print division especially for the 959 and celica grB.

Eddy, I’m sure all of these models have a strong association with your dad. Enjoy them and don’t stress it.

After thinking about it.... I guess, you are right. I have to change them and probably use 3D printed parts (if I can't find original ones). The metal parts are for sure lovely, but then it doesn't look original.

Little good news about it: The top of the original box also exists.... but strangely, the bottom part of the box is missing....
