To start you need to remove the glow plug and spray a penetrating oil such as WD-40 in to the cylinder, leave over night then see if you can turn the engine over. It will be stiff to start with but should loosen. If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate

I like to use dissolved (in hot tap water) laundry powder, I think Jonny Retro uses Simple green An article for you : tamiyabase.com/...ic-cleaner If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate

Dish liquid soap in very hot water for me. And for your engine, you can put it in a gazoline bath. Rc gasoline or gasoil.
