Drawings of the motor brackets for 380 & 540 motors for Holiday Buggy & Sand Rover, in case you need one & fancy having a go at making one.

Great idea to publish the drawings, are very useful, I did this using a
2mm thick aluminum foil.

Well, that's what I thought - if 1 person can take 30mins to supply the info, it saves everyone else having to search for it over & over. I've duplicated some more bits today, so when I get a mo I'll draw those up too.

More bits - a bush to adapt 540 pinions to 380 motors, & the front suspension damper screws.
Springs are 0.8mm wire, 7 outside diameter, 28 long, 2.8 coil pitch

Homemade bits...
Springs are handwound & heat treated. Screws are also heat treated & 'blued'. Pinion has its bush fitted. Bracket isn't as neat as Frog66's cos I thought I'd hacksaw/file it rather than mill it, to make sure it's possible (Thinking most people haven't got access to machine tools). It's also 3mm thick rather than 2mm, as I've run out of ice-cream signs & those monkies have started making road signs out of steel....
