Had to hide from the heat once more and found myself looking around what I could do...
Prime suspect is the badly broken Pajero body that I had for more than a decade. Time to start fixing the body. I have 2 chassis of this type, both very good without damage. And only one body.. This is the suspect... As you can see, there is missing a whole lot in the A pillar area plus some more. There is a lot of rash damage on this, but most of the base is there.. Edge of left bonnet corner and the bumper has damage Roof as well Rear upper corner Left rear corner Cooler thingy Richt corner. Flares also got damage Right corner of the roof Right frontt corner as well Front edge of bonnet Safe to say this had a really hard life in the past!! This is more of a rescue operation! Well the glue operation can begin! First I need to make the side to front fender solid. Thankfully there is a line a long the body that a 1mm rod fits perfectly into! Had to reglue after this picture as you can tell the nose was upwards a bit when the line should point slighty downwards. Left it like this this evening. First I added a sheet of styrene on the backside then I filled in from the door to fender with a piece of styrene. Bottow will be cut some as the flares comes down to the door at the bottom Hardest part will be to get the a pillar right and same for the missing flare.

Someone sure got their moneys worth out of that body Richard. Very ambitious, great start!
