i just thought of a way to mount the body just then when i was reading your comment andyaus.
get some solid plastic rod cut it to around 5-10 cm flatten one end and drill holes to bolt to shock towers drill holes for body pins drill holes in the shell for the body posts the plastic would be flexible so in a hit it would wobble and not break i also found different wheels to get |

i'm working on a motor mount that gets 3d printed
i am making it so it isn't unique to the hsp warhead so it will fit almost all rc cars with flat plate frames the parts are symetrical so you can mount the top plate backwards and the whole thing upside down link |

here are the pics
motor combo, yes it is sensored. it came with a programming box to adjust timing and whatnot just 4 buttons and leds, don't really need to see it chassis, the right is the front i took the wing off for room for the jeep shell alloy shocks from the wild one, orangerx 6ch receiver so i have more channels for lights and driver head moving or whatever close up of motor mount its not finished yet i will make it smaller and lighter placement of battery which i will hold there with velcro straps #1 motor placement #2 motor placement i don't know where i should put the motor |
