Re: An unusual engine 11 years 8 months ago #11768

:silly:
i have no stikers on my re released brats motor....
But some of my old ta02 had it. I think that with or without stiker, a mabushi 540 a mabushi 540. I know that tamiya sold a spare option motor wich was a johnson 540. What is the differences between twice? I had some cars with johnson motor like clod buster and lunchbox. Are these models special version?

Been racking my brain trying to remember what was in my Clod - I remember the motors were different from what I'd seen before, but can't remember if that was because they had stickers or because they had metal ends of the bell variety

 I remember that my father mounted directly 2 modified magnum motor on the clod but on a friend one are 2 motors with white plastic end like on my lunchboxs and midnight pumpkins.

It's the same as the Tamiya black motor sprint. There is a third version of that motor as well, just labeled Mabuchi.
