I'm building a yellow Grasshopper at the moment but the one on the pic is actually an example I received from CRP.
The builder here obviously did an excellent job...

Buying all the parts new to do the mods could run up the bill quite fast.
I had the luck to trade most of them. They came off a car with a broken chassis.
Looking for used spares would be the cheapest way. But that takes patience...

One important thing for getting spares - do you have an eBay and PayPal account?
That would make the search much easier...

Just estimating roughly (new parts) for the moment :
- Super Hornet front suspension about 30 euro (CVA dampers being the most expensive item)
- Hornet body/damper mounts and aluminium dampers about 20-25 euro
- CRP kit about 35-40 euro (you need several items from their store)
- Rear skid plate (check my picture) about 1 euro

Another upgrade could be to give it a set of 3Racing titanium turnbuckle steering rods. Can be done for about 10 euro...
Haven't done this on my Hopper yet but it should remove a lot of the play in the steering connections.
