Nice to see enthusiasm for the original MSC and 8.4v battery here. Nice work. Will you consider switching to an original body shell one day, to make it 100% original?

HI!... Doubtful. I find the TBG bodies are thicker. I like them over some of the original Tamiya bodies. Plus they come with paint film on them. So much easier to paint.

HI!... Well I finally got around to painting the BigWig body.





I've already painted the driver, cockpit and applied the decals. I'll take some nice pics once I build my RC car photo booth again. Garage roof sprung a leak and wrecked my current one. :angry:

The shell looks very nice :y: , but the blue looks dark.
Is it the standard PS4 Blue you have used?

HI!... Yes both the white and blue are the standard Tamiya colours. Just the camera is making it look darker in the pics.

thats a lovely build,ive never really looked into the bigwig much but browsing through this thread,I LIKE IT.
i didnt realise it shared a lot of boomerang parts either.

youve inspired me to look into getting one maybe after xmas and ive actually got some cash :huh:
