Tamiya Martini Mk.22 Renault (58014)

The Martini Mk.22 Renault is the second Tamiya model on the F2 chassis. The body is moulded in quite bright yellow ABS plastic. The images above show the body only with a coat of clear on the yellow main body and the blue motor hood / air intake.

As with the Tamiya models from this area, the body is very detailed and a challenge to paint correctly. In particular, the engine department requires patience.

The F2 models are all equipped with 380 motors, which must have been underpowered because of the relative heavy ABS body and chassis.

All three F2 models (not including the F2 CS Honda) share the same chassis. There are no differences except in the rear where the March have the wing mounted, where the other two have a steel wire bumper.
