Just in case anybody is interested or didn't know driveshafts for King Blackfoot and other similar cars built on this gearbox are almost impossible to find.
I have found that 'HOT BODIES LIGHTNING 10 SPORT 66655 DRIVE SHAFT' are actually identical but very much stronger.

Hope this helps somebody. I have been running these as replacements for some time :)

Is there anything special about the ends of these shafts, or could you cut-n-shut some longer ones or extend some shorter ones?

I have made driveshafts in the past, but it's much easier to modify bought ones!

Seidel still has 'em but they're mostly out of stock elsewhere.
Looks like they're TGX parts, as well as Madcap and Saint Dragon.

Good tip. :y:

Yes, they are getting very hard to find, they are a TGX part also. The replacement I have found, although not Tamiya is a LOT stronger than original though and a fair bit more convenient than making your own I guess.
Yes I should have mentioned they are also for the Dragon and Madcap.
And importantly these replacements are fairly easy to find.
You can tell they are not original, as they are thicker and stronger and the drive pins are hardened. But you would have to be really looking closely. Ideal for a performance basher though?

Max, not sure about that shaft set, have you tried it? I just know that these ones are perfect :)
