Hey guys,
I don't know if somebody is like me, but I always though that that all tamiya diff joint cups were the same. (for the TA01,02, FF01 TA03 etc)
ERROR!!!
Tonight, I rebuilt a ball diff for my new arrived Manta Ray, and I discover that the ball diff joints are shorter than bevels diff joints.

That I knew... the long ones won't fit the ball diff. Short ones will fit a gear diff though.

yep, you saw that right, they are not all the same

Also in ball diff there are different cups. On top the Top Force ones, on bottom the TA01/02/03 ones.

Someones have 1 or 2 strips and why are some matt, gloss...?

The ones with the extra contour are for the Evo (like Kontemax mentioned)...
Dark ones (ball diffs) are hardened.
