Hi Martin,

these are the dimensions of the tyre

Tamiya-Nut is the person who needs the tyre, and I think he's in the UK. They don't usually come up on ebay, so it would be good to see if there are alternatives, but given the odd shape I think its unlikely.

ill definitely have those rear tyres if you have them im pretty desperate for a pair to complete my hunter

99% sure that's what I've got. Having looked at them, they're in pretty good condition too. They're currently fitted to Mardave Apache wheels, but they're wider and their outer diameter is much larger than Mardave tyres.
I'll post some pictures and measurements later.
I've also got a worn pair that are very similar, but with a slightly different configuration of "knobbles".

Well desperate doesnt mean loaded

Its been sitting in a box in my storage room for a month or so finished apart from rear tyres if you can help me out id appreciate it i can pay for them or trade you?

The wheel on the right is a standard Mardave one for comparison (same size as Rough Rider).





Worn pair (note 4-3 knobbles, not 5-4). They also have plastic inserts.

The unworn ones look great and i could use the plastic inserts from inside the other set as im also missing these

do the tyres have any cracking in them?

Mad you posted this old thread up as i finally managed to locate a new set of Marui tyres for the rear tonight with the inserts. They cost me a pretty penny but i have been trawling ebay for months and not a single pair turned up so when i saw them i pounced on them.
