Bought this on ebay last week and received it in the mail today. Wasn't really in the market for a Boomerang but noticed it had a Technipower motor in it and according to the seller it was in really good working order.

I've been restoring a Super Shot and unfortunately when I bought it the Technipower was missing. And apparently this can be the hardest part to locate. So when I noticed the one in the Boomerang I had to get it. The car itself was just a bonus.

Though now I've seen the Boomerang close up I think I'll hang on to it, it's in excellent condition apart from the body but a repro would do the job here.

I tend to do that myself... I once bought a NIB Brabham BT50 because I could not locate a BT50 manual (the kit was of course a very nice bonus)

Yup bought a TF evo ones because it had an 02H, and a BF which had the ominous Conrad 540 :-D

Oh and got that rx 540 sd too and didn't even now it was in the car. :-D
