The cheetah is a very interesting rc. You could maje a topic of your resto. I should have a pair of rims of it.

Cheers Stingray, I’m hoping to eventually put all my builds up. If nothing else just to show what I’ve learned and picked up from reading other members build threads.
I’m hoping to end up with 2 Cheetahs 1 box art, one alternative. I’m going to have to have a go at moulding parts to finish the second one ( I read Robs post, but I could do with picking his brain further if he’s got the time ) and possibly 2 XR311,s. One of the XR311’s I’d like to sympathetically mod, at least get some half decent suspension on it. I never had either of these growing up, but it’s a fun chassis to put together. Thanks. |

Thanks Jonny, it was seeing what you did on your Cheetah builds made me think it would be a good idea ???
It’s one of those cars where I’ve bought up about 4/5 cars or chunks of car to get to the point of putting things together. I got lucky with one in terms of it came with a load of spare parts and even some wing mirrors and one wire to hold them on. So it gives me something to copy. The body with that one was pretty totalled though. |

I agree we all love to see a build post, it's one of those cars I've never owned or even come across and looked at the detail. I find those builds inspirational. Also, message me anytime if you're after advice on those parts.
