This is described as a Kyosho and at first I thought it was an Optima Gold, but the chassis rails look different. Also, aren't those PB Mini Mustang wheels and the rear of the body in the photo looks like PB Mustang too (but has an AYK sticker on it )?

Sussed it! It's an AYK Radiant .
Very advanced car for its time, but badword it's ugly!
Still say the wheels are PB Mini Mustang though.
