TOPIC: New member with some vintage Tamiya :)

New member with some vintage Tamiya :) 2 months 1 week ago #56636

Hello! I've just found in my basement a model Tamyia Lamborghini Cheetah from 1978. Down below you can see few pictures. The body is missing a few parts, the suspension sticks are broken, so whole car sits on the ground, but electronics are working! I also have three vintage Futaba radios from 70-80's I guess.

What I'm thinking about is what value it has?
Maybe I will decide to sell this babies. :) I also have another similar car, but I need to go to my parents house to bring it.

Hi and welcome to TamiyaBase.
Nice Cheetah! Looking on eBay for completed listings, Cheetah's seem to fetch between USD 150 and 200 in similar condition.

I can see all the parts mine's missing there!

Anyway, that is one FANTASTIC specimen to dismantle and restore to its 1978 glory!

Welcome to TamiyaBase, by the way. This is THE website for classic Tamiya ;) :y:
