Hi Model makers & RC users 2 years 1 week ago #71143

Hi
I am a Automotive High School Teacher wanting to create a 1:24 scale model of our school workshop.
The reason for this is so that students can place their brush cutter parts in the Model & then take a photo for an assignment.

The parts will be much bigger scale but that's the fun. Imagine a carby big enough to go on a vehicle hoist
They will have to print / name the parts on a scale shop sign:))
Any ideas where I might get cheap 1:24 scale figures?....workshop mechanic stuff etc etc?

Most of the Japanese brands like Aoshima, Fujimi, etc, do 1/24 scale figures and workshop accessories.... Then just depends on your definition of "cheap".

Tamiya also do a mechanic crew set in 1:24 scale.
Rally set #24266

There is also the vintage set from 1980.

WOW.... they look terrific. This is going to be a lot of fun.....a carby half the size of a car....or a crankshaft as big as a car....massive in a workshop at 1:24 scale

Ahhh with kits you can change the arm / leg positions, cool
Thanks again
