Hi guys,

Just wanted to share my experience with Etamiya - and one person from sales in particular.
First of all it's a great shop because they have a huge stock of all kinds of brands...
And parts that can sometimes not be easily found elsewhere.

But the help and patient I got over the last two months is quite extraordinary.
Started out with the Futaba transmitter I had on my mind for a while and my friend going to Hong Kong.
Although they are an on line shop only, they arranged that the transmitter could be picked up.
The item was held aside until my friend had the chance to drop by.
Unfortunately I should have given her the adress in Chinese...
Lack of time and trouble with the English-written adress prevented her from being able to pick it up.
After that she decided to give it to me for Christmas.



Anthony at Etamiya (most patient sales person ever) was not annoyed about the fact we could not hold the appointment.
Instead he waited until I could get the money transferred (my internet was also down at that time) and then waited for the best time to ship it. Which was right after the New Year.
Arrived very quickly after that...

I think that over a time of six weeks, about twenty e-mails must have gone back and forth.
So I'm hereby nominating them for the most patient shop in the universe!
