Hello everyone!

I was hoping to see if anyone knew of alternative tire options for a Grasshopper ll 1.7" rims? I have 2 that my boys are still running around and they eating up the tires as they run on asphalt mostly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello and Welcome, So a little trick is you can stretch fit Tamiya Sand Blaster tyres to these rim's Alternatively you could buy a couple of sets of Wild One rims and tyres, They are a direct fit so will bolt straight on

I used the Tamiya hex adapters for the Frog (53913) on my regular Grasshopper so any wheels that match the DT-02 can be fitted.

u could put a smaller motor in it saves the tires for very long time
if u did that it would drive 2 times as long too

For non Tamiya, RC4WD also make assorted tires for 1.7" wheels if you fancy something else...
