I was convinced they could be used to "tweak" the chassis if you put some screws through them.
By adjusting these screws, the max angle of chassis roll and understeer-oversteer could be influenced with that. But Rakuda had some inside info that they are actually mounting points for an undercowl that was never produced. |

That's indeed what I did... although I did not run the car like that and the screws have been recycled in the meantime.
But I'm planning on building an ultra light Group C from "scraps" and will definitely use some titanium screws there. Another indication for the missing undercowl are the two holes at the rear of the chassis that seem to have no purpose : |
