what is the differents between f103 and f103 rs .
I have a williams fw18 is it a f103 or f103rs?

The Williams is an F103RS. Minimal differences with a "normal" F103.

Because I have got a f40 and front train is the same and on photos I don't see any differents between the f103 and the rs.

An F40? That would be a Group C and a different front suspension...
The same as the F101 and F102 though.
What I know for sure about the difference between the two is that the friction damper had an evolution on the RS.
I'd have to look in the F103 manual for other subtle variations. But there's nothing major for sure.

Looks like the metal parts that go on the axle (diff joint - and wheel stopper on the other side) are also different.
