Looking good :y: B)

I'm still intrigued by this car, and what Tamiya were thinking (if indeed they were thinking beyond the "Dragon" thing) about where this fitted in their range - the gearbox & diff look pretty advanced, as do double wishbones all round, the wheels are cooler looking than average, and the steering arrangement is not an "entry level" buggy concept either ... in the light of all that, the pogo stick shocks seem a bit odd.

Maybe they just ran out of budget & dropped oil dampers at the last minute as a cost cutting measure ?

It's almost a missing link - gearbox looks like Kingcab/Astute, but plastic instead of ally motor plate. Rear hubs look like Thundershot but black. Double wishbones but no adjustment in the top links? Looks to me more like a "Basis for upgrading to competition-capable" than either entry level or sommat posh.
Coming on nicely though Bram, nice to see you're sticking with the MSC to keep it more original!

Not the biggest fan of the Saint Dragon shell but this one looks excellent! :cheer:
How do you do that... must be more than "restoration oil". :y:
