Hi Eddrick,

Thanks for your tips for the gearbox.
As all the bushings have been replaced with ball bearings, the gap measured and been corrected with the right shims, i think that everything will be fine.
Honestly i haven't used my 3 speeds very often after the restoration...only one or two battery packs in the garage and everything worked perfectly.
Of course the screw that hold the transfer/drop gear is tighten up with loctite...I had once a gearbox that i was restoring/upgrading with such dammage. Since i pay a very special attention to that screw !
