Bought this Fox as used but in good condition... Some second body came along with it. Its defenitely been used as you can see. Overall state is worst then i thought, we'll see what we can do about that in the next weeks...
Came with some strange front spring... Started dismanteling verything right away... Ty for looking. Cheers, Bram Restoring Countach 58005

Looks fairly complete & unbroken - even if it is pretty gouged up & filthy ... what's up with the bobbins body fasteners? And what muppet put the resistors on upside down?
I'm also wondering if the increase in the number of Foxes for sale (from none to some) means there's a re-release coming? |

This looks like a challenge. But I'm certainly not underestimating your resto skills.
Every car you've built so far would be a proud addition to any collector's shelf. Even if it's the box art Manta Ray (making that look extraordinary isn't easy)! |

Good thing is no major parts are broken, suspension and drive gear is oke. Only has a few cracks in upper chassis and the battery cover, not to worried about that. And lots of non tamiya screws were used, which ofc will be replaced.
Another good thing is it came with original box and manual which are both in decent shape The "bobbins body fasteners" lol were used for the second body which came along....it will go to the bin as i don't like it. Cheers, Bram Restoring Countach 58005

I wouldn't chuck it before finding out what it is - I can't tell the condition or the quality of the mountings, but it might be an interesting period hop-up ... though I can't imagine it would have a huge value. |
