What steering parts are you looking for?
From what I know all TL01 road cars was fitted with the normal silver can motor that is included in most kits. For locking the rear diff, use hotglue, simple and cheap. This is how I recomend doing it: Clean all the diff parts. Build it like the manual, but insert the drive cup with the pin into the diff fromthe bottom. Fit the metal star and the small gears into the diff. Let the gear and the cup rest on the table, may add some support under the plastic gear. Fill the diff with hot glue, try not to fill the center or else the the drive cup from the other side will not fit properly. Quickly fit the other big metal gear and the washer and then the cover, together with the second drive cup to make sure it will fit. Secure the cover with the 3 small screws. Job done

You could also replace it with a ball diff and lock it with Tamiya 54424 bushings...
