TOPIC:

This has been in my collection uncomplete for many years.
Now the rere Super Sabre is right around the corner, my interest for this model has increased recently.
Also I have never driven one of these so is on my want list to do so.

Here it is.
Missing bits is propeller, MSC and plate, servo saver, motor + pinion, pin for the battery door and rear body mounts.
For now I use some alloy body mounts.




First thing I did today was to cut out the Penguin repro body.
I must say the cut lines were very weak so I had har time to see them.




The I cut out the rear wing and test fitted it.
Also had to raise the rear body mounts slightly to clear the shock tower.




There was also no dimple in the body for the wing screws so it was a guess work.


Decals is on my way so body should not take that long to finish.
