Doing a 3D model from an existing stuff is always going to bring some questions about why the one who did it make it this way...
I've started doing the sides of the chassis, where the battery supports are attached. There is some symmetry, but not only... Here is the symmetry I made for the time being... The chassis is not exactly symmetric. The right side is having some complication... The manual is not really conclusive about this, as it is represented with a symmetry... The top half chassis part is made symmetric, and it is not conclusive as well Assumption: it was required to provide some place to the cables... This again shows that the one who did design this went thru some iterative steps in the design... ย ย I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them

Melted my brain for today
Here is where I am... It definitely goes faster than what I thought initially. I reviewed a lot of measurements within the day, and crosschecked also compared to the top half chassis... Part of what I have to do next is to position holes... Once the key elements are there it will be time to do a test print in order to assess how much I'm wrong compared to the parts around :-D But that will be for another day ย ย I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them

Well... It seems my chassis comes from a Vantage rather than a Spirit FF...
I think I'm getting there. I checked with the parts mounting on it, and I should not be far of having it right... There is two holes on the bottom of the chassis I skipped as I could not find any use for them... I will test print before starting to reinforce it... At the end, just being realist, I don't even expect it to be right from the start I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them

I still had a bit of time before my eyes are telling me it's time to go to sleep, so I started another component...
Started the bottom of the radio box.... That's getting even more fun than with one single component as I only need to add the measures which are missing... I'm surprised how much it looks easy! I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them
