There's a lot of building for little-uns going on just recently, anyone would think it's nearly xmas!
Anything like this is always gonna be better than xmassy chinese RTRs - more resilient & upgradable as the youngun gets the hang of it. interesting idea with the tiewrap shock spacers, I'll have to remember that one!

I still loathe the look of truggies - but that is pretty impressive for a spares pile build
It got me thinking though - could I build a whole car from what's in my spares pile? I think I could... - Grasshopper gearbox - Thunderdragon chassis tub - TA01 front end - SRB bumper - mismatched pogo shocks - Frog wing - tuber body from leftover tube & rod - Manta Ray wheels - Hotshot tyres - lots of cable ties ... probably look suspiciously like this: |

I'd stick with the white - it echoes the white in the flames & will look good for longer than painted |

Yeah I'd stick with unpainted too - paint don't stay stuck to Hotshot wheels (Think they might be polyethylene?
