Tamiya M-05 CVA Damper Upgrade Question? 2 years 1 month ago #70846

I have 53280 TA03 Super Low Friction damper set on my TL01 which features M05 arms. (see my TL01 Escort thread)
Used to have them on my TL01 drifter and they were super smooth.
Might be hard and expensive to get hold of today...

Classics cvas are almost perfect. Really enough for a standard use. I have pink alloy cva on my m02 1000tcr. They work fine but I love the classic plastic cvas. I'm just desappointed by the price of the tam cva.

No.  Mini are longer than Super Mini.  54753 is a 4-pack of Super Mini's, but they are marketed for the TT-02 so the springs will probably be a bit stiff for an M-05.  You could probably re-use your stock springs.  Note that the 50746 2-pack doesn't even come with springs.
