In PETG it is perfect for that usage. In ABS, I have a question mark on this specific topic. At this stage, I still have minimal adhesion issue on the first tab the printing layer starts with. Then I probably need to get the part in the oven at a given temperature post print to reinforce the Z adhesion... It seems in anycase Nylon would be much better for this type of use cases...

After 3 months of use, the original dessicant delivered with the first AMS are depleting... Time to print some trays for reusable dessicant beads...

I've also ordered reusable dessicant beads with orange indicators...

With the Super Wheelie project heading to build time, I need to print tires again...

Resin choice is Resione F80, because it just works...

One thing that I definietly improved is the cleaning process with 2 bath of IPA (the second one is fresh IPA).

I'm now laucnhing a front, and will repeat if a success for both...

Now that I have tires, I need rims... Let's do 2 colors as usual...

And by the way, the Hunter / Galaxy tires looks also nice (pictures later)... I'll report back to the guys from Liqcreate about my comparative experience with both their resine and Resione resin, so they can improve their producs... Actually, the look of the Liqcreate Felexible-X resin was really nice, and it would be good if they succeed to make it more resistant by changing the formula slightly...

There was still resin in the VAT, I throw at it a Shogun/Coors Desert Master tire... And it printed as well... There is things to improve, but it is a good start...
After cleaning and before drying and UV Cure...

After drying and UV Cure

The following print didn't finish as there was no longer any resin inside. 1KG of resin, 10.5 tires with 90% support density. I'll need to reduce down the density to 85% or 80% to check next time...

As I was preparing to mount the tires on the Hunter (vintage event next week end). I noticed the rear side of those tires is not as bad as I thought, and it is partly due to the post processing...

It doesn't look that bad. You may notice the holes digged on the rear side to avoid suction cup effect on the print. Very happy with those tires... Next resin bottle, I'll have to show some Hirobo love :-)
