No. it's not the same as the Ralt. The Ralt has a F2 chassis.

Ok, so it is a 58010 with added CS wheels and a RS-540SD Black Sprint motor

All Ligiers, both 58010 and 58012 came with two bodies, one in ABS (blue) and one Polycarbonate, each with their own set of stickers. There where only one wing, one driver's head, etc, so you could not make two complete bodies.
